There are many different options for setting up your craft space. A lot depends on what types of crafts that will be done in the space. A sewing room needs counter space and a table for cutting with some type of measurement device to true up fabric for layout and cutting.

If you craft or have a hobby that you practice regularly or would if you had a designated space it's time to find a corner for that you can call your own and set it up for crafting. There is no perfect setup, even seasoned and well established craft rooms have issues and eventually get to crowded and too small. The two things I do in my space continually are clean and organize. To keep the room ready for classes and new projects cleaning a purging is a must.
